Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bonifay, an IHG Hotel

The people there are such hard workers and even though they have a lot of work to do they take time out to make sure all is ok with you and if you need anything. They work hard and long hours but they still have a smile on their face and a kind word to you. If you need anything like extra towels or something like that,they have it to you right. I will be back again.

The breakfast is excellent. The employees in breakfast area and front desk are exceptional. They are wonderful. The breakfast attendant is a male. I don't know his name. But he has been there the 2 times I have stayed there. He is the best!!! Cleans tables constantly. Keeps everything stocked. The hotel is just perfect. The best I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is beyond amazing. So many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

only spent one night but very helpful staff.. very clean and comfy room, bed with microwave and fridge. the breakfast was phenomenal … eggs, omelette pancakes, sausage and gravy.. hot cinnamon rolls…ate at a quaint restaurant, castaway seafood across the street.. excellent food and service

It was the best lady in the front desk I forgot to ask her name she was the best she’s so helpful and lovely person. She deserves a race we came 26 of November evening I was really happy to meet her by the desk. Tell her thank you very much.

The included breakfast was really nice & filled us up for the day. Staff was super friendly from our check-in to our cleaning attendees. Location was close enough for all our activities- Cypress Springs, PCB Beach 45min. away, Econfina Creek & Jackson Blue Springs. Rooms were clean and spacious enough. Definitely will stay again!
